Default Problem with ignition/WCM or TIPM?

Hi all, I have a 2009 Jeep JKU. For some time now, it has been having intermittent issues with the alarm and starting the Jeep. All my key fobs would stop working (main and spares) and I'd have to open the Jeep manually with the key. This would set off the alarm and I would try starting the jeep to kill the alarm, however, the jeep would start and then shut off after 3 seconds. The alarm keeps going.
To shut off the alarm, I would have to disconnect the battery. After connecting the battery, everything worked normally. This went on for a few months, the problem would appear intermittently every few weeks.
However, now the problem reappears overnight. Additionally, disconnecting the battery no longer fixes everything. The alarm would go away, but I am still unable to fully start the jeep. It would shut off the jeep after about 3 seconds.
I saw someone mention a similar problem on forums and they mentioned the J13 fuse. I tried pulling it out for a minute and it seems to fix things temporarily. However, the night morning, I'm unable to start the jeep again, having to repeat the process with the fuse.
What is this indicative of? I saw TIPM problems mentioned but I don't have any other issues that users with TIPM problems report.

Welcome to the forum. It could be the module that picks up the signal from the key and key fob. You might find this video helpful:

You were right, it was that module. It kept losing the code for the keys. I had to pay a shop to program a new one for me.

What company reprogrammed the skimmer?

Does any company repair skim modules or can I get new ones from somewhere?
