Default Problem Pairing Phone

I have just upgraded to a Mygig RER with lockpick and mic and I can't seem to get my LG Dare to Pair? I have tried to look at the Chrysler website for the list of compatible phones and I haven't seemed to find it. Does anyone have any insight into this? Anyone running the same phone? Maybe something I'm missing?
I went through the process of Pairing a Phone , 1111 as security code then I put the phone in discovery mode and click Add and it searches but doesn't find anything. I can pair it to a headset I have but not the Mygig.

Many times, the security code is 0000..........give that one a try. And delete any stored phone profiles (if there are any) from the previous owner (if the RER is not new).

Thanks for the reply, I've tried 0000, 1111, 2222, 3333, 2224(last 4 of #), 1234 and nothing seems to work, I did delete the previous owners phones and updated the software to the latest (2.042). I'm wondering if my phone is compatible at all.

I've run into the same problem with my Samsung Behold, but I haven't pushed it too far since I don't actually have a mic yet. My phone picks up that there is a bluetooth device, but the RER radio doesn't detect the phone. Mine was bought new, so there's no PIN # conflict. I wanted to try to do the pairing to see if it worked before I spent money on a mic I might not be able to use.

Not to hijack the thead, but has anyone gotten the RER to pair with a Behold?

Bill
