Default Problem with woring

Last week, I installed my 2 fog lights on the windshield brackets, and the switch in the dash.

Today, i install the wiring (Delta Tech wiring for Wrangler JK) and I have to pass 2 wires located near the battery and going to the switch inside the dash.

Here is my question: Where do I pass the 2 wires? I don't see any hole!

search on the word firewall, there are many ways to do it, evidently it's easier if it's an auto tranny.

What is a firewall? It's the piece of sheetmetal that's blocking you from passing the wires straight from the engine bay into the area behind the dash.

Here's one option to pass through the firewall.

That's where I ran mine, then I mounted the power switch right there above the speaker in that image. Makes a nice, clean install. Poke a coat hanger through it to clear out the sealer. Use a little RTV afterward to reseal the hole. There is a similar passthrough on the other side of the JK, BTW.

What he said, the firewall is the metal wall that is supposed to prevent engine bay fires from reaching the passenger compartment. Or at least slow it down.

There is a gromet on the drivers side up high on the firewall, they will slip right through and be protected from chafing, and we all know that is important
