I was looking at the yesterday online. I was thinking of ordering a set and trying to add a set of Hella Twin Supertone Horn on the inside of the grill.

Hopefully someone will read this and comment if there is enough room on the inside of the grill.

just to let the CRD owners know that these dont work with our engine. we have a second radiator which blocks acess to the bolt and so you would have to dis assemble lots of stuff to get them on. ive got a pair but its far to much hassle. apart from that they feel pretty sturdy.

if you have a pair not installed yet could you do a rough blueprint of them?

your welcome.... yeah i converted them, i usually work in mm but i thought you guys would apreciate inches. btw they are not 100% accurate but i would say they are near enough to get something made (96%).
if you neex anything else just let me know.

oh and btw i just had another go at getting them to work, i used 3 heavy duty zip ties and some wire and they are pretty snug, not as good as three bolts but at least i got them out of the garage.

I have them and I love em. It kept me from cutting into my bumper. I will use these until I upgrade bumpers and then I would put them on my wifes JK.

Worth the money.

Any follow up comments on this kit? Pros, cons?

Are they sturdy when driving (ie: do the lights shake when driving?)

I have them. Mostly satisfied. They look good but vibrate ever so slightly at lower speeds. Initially I was pissed but I seem to be the only one that notices. I mounted PIAA 520s on them. Very satisfied with the lights!
