Default Rear Dome Light

The rear dome light seams to be stuck on.

I've turned all the lighting off and it still stays on.

Anyone have this happen.

Isn't that a push-light? Tap it on and off by depressing the lens itself, no matter the position of the column switch?

I recently found this out when my 5 year old accidentally smacked it.

If you tried the tap approach, I am out of guesses.

You're not the only one to learn the hard way about that light (including me!).

I had to hit my head on it to know that it goes in and off

I just drove home this morning all mad because my rear dome light wouldn't shut off no matter what!! I had no clue that it was a push light. Forums are a good thing
