I did this to my Head Rest- Works GREAT!!!

 

mine's mounted below the rear bumper and above the rear tow hook, the rear tow hook sort of block a little bit of it, but also give it a persepctive view ( i know where the end of the tow hook is, and i know where to stop

p.s. mine is an eclipse camera, for my eclipse in dash navi
