Default Recon led

Does anyone have these? I installed the fender set and turn signal but the fender ones burn much brighter than the turn signals (when the parking lights are on) anyone know why or if i can do something to make them brighter when the parking lights are on?

I had both in the smoked variety. The fronts were not smoked as dark as the fender lights. I broke both my front turn signals in a pond crossing and both my fender lights corroded and failed. They would not warranty the fender lights. I will never buy from Recon ever again.

Recon is a terrible company. I had nothing but issues with my LED's and recon wanted nothing to do with anything I had to say. The wires will corrodeoff the rear of the plastic backing in no time (even with loads of silicone on the rear to "prevent" this...)
That all being said make sure the connections are good...mine started to dim because the connections were not solid.

GL with them...your going to need it.

When I was in the diesel truck scene I heard the same things about Recon, poor customer service and complaints of faulty products. However I have no first hand knowledge, just gave me enough sway NOT to buy from them.

I ordered both the smoked led signals and smoked led side markers. I received a really dark smoke lens on one signal and a barely smoked shade on the other. They would have looked significantly different being placed next to each other on the front of the vehicle, and I planned on sending them back. I went on to open the markers and there was only one in the box, the other was completely missing. As difficult as it was to reach a RECON representative (no reply to emails, no returned messages and a couple times the message machine was full) and as uninterested as customer service sounded once on the phone, they did correct my order and ship back in a timely manner. (got them back yesterday) I had stated that although I preferred the darker lens, I would not complain about the shade as long as they matched. (They replaced my darker lens with one of the lighter shade... so I now have two barley smoked lenses, but I won't complain as they are both the same tint.) And they added another marker to the originally shipped box, which are both very dark... much more so than the front signals. They said pay for return shipping and then they would reimburse, although they may take care of that eventually... they have not done so at this time. Honestly, they can keep it as I just don't want anything else to do with them. I hope to try to get them on my Jeep sometime this week, and now I simply hope I have better luck with them than it sounds some of you did... and they actually last a while.

My recon marker lights ate up my factory wiring harness for my factory markers. Now I have nothing. I called them twice and emailed them multiple times with no reply. Sad that they charge so much and their customer service is that bad. Still jot sure how I'm gonna fix it besides going to the junk yard and getting the connectors myself.

I agree with all you guys. Recon lighting is terrible to work with. In a previous life I had a Mustang that I purchased replacement LED bulbs for because they are brighter and longer lasting than stock. Needless to say every single bulb failed within 6 months and recon was not only unwilling to replace them they were rude to me in their email response. They offered me a refund and "kindly" told me that I'd be happier using a competitors product in lieu of theirs. I felt lucky to get the refund.

Save yourself the hassle and buy from a different company. Recon is terrible.

Is there another company that deals in after market led markers and signals?

On a side note I still haven't had a reply on getting new lights. In fact I've never even been contacted until today. I was interested to read the email.....turns out it was just spam from them. So they can't respond to my problems but they sure can advertise for me to buy more.
