I've been giving a lot of thought into the KMA fab light bar:

I'm trying to minimize both the extra height over the roofline of the bar and the obstruction from lights hanging down over the windshield. I've seen some rectangular lights such as:

My only concern is whether or not they perform as well as normal round lights and how they actually will look on the JK. For my setup I would be putting four up top.

If anyone has a similar setup, please post pictures or provide reviews.

 

I'm no expert, but I doubt the shape of the light matters as much since these are all auxilliary driving lights. That bar is pretty cool, but I think it would annoy me most of the time as I am tall and already have a difficult time leaning over and seeing traffic lights.

IMO, lights are the most over purchased accessory there is. Upgrading the headlights is one thing, but all the lights most of us add (including me) are rarely used, and hardly never needed. I've used my off road lights twice in the year and a half I've had them. Neither time did I really need to, but wanted to since I had them.
