Default Red Lightnin Bolt Help

I have been getting a red lightning bolt on my dash recently, it comes and goes sometimes it will appear and when i restart it goes off sometimes for a day or a week... I had two codes pop up but my jeep runs fine... Anything to worry about????

The lightning bolt means that there's something wrong with the throttle control electronics. But only if it remains lit while driving. You're "supposed" to see your dealer about it because of reduced performance.

The two codes i got were p0221 and p2135. The light has been coming on everytime i drive now. No performance issues though. Any ideas. Thanks

P0221-THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR 2 PERFORMANCE

  • When Monitored: Ignition on and No MAP Sensor DTCs set.
  • Set Condition: TP Sensor signals do not correlate to the MAP Sensor signal. Two Trip Fault. ETC light will illuminate. P2135 should set with this code also.

Thanks so much for the help i guess i will go in and get robbed haha. I guess im gonna try removing the plugs on my TB make sure nothing is dirty
