my remote key fails to unlock the doors and disarm the security about every 5th time I lock and unlock the doors. I have to manually unlock the door and then the horn goes off when I open the door then have to scramble to put the key in the ignition and start it to silence the horn, I have 3 keys and replaced the battery in all 3 at $6 a battery and still have the same problem

Anyone else ever have this problem

I'm taking it to the dealership next week (I've only owned the Jeep for 2 weeks now) after the holiday and just want some info to have with me when I have to deal with these clowns

Have them reprogram all the keys.

where did you get the 3rd key? Is it the 3rd key that's sporadic or is it with any of them?

 

the dealership gave me 2 and found the 3rd in the glovebox in the little bag with the owners manual, I bought the Jeep used
