What radio do you have? Also do you know what the build date is for the vehicle? I can supply you the TSB file that the dealer uses for theSW update. It's helped a lot of people.

I have the RES130 Radio in a 2011 JGC. Manufacture date is 3-11.

Since I bought the car, I haven't had good audio quality. At first it sounded like chipmunks each time I tried to stream audio, but the dealership fixed that pretty quickly. Since then, the audio quality is just really poor, so I have resorted to an AUX cable because trying to control my iPhone (currently a 5, but used to have a 4 & 4s) through the USB is painful.
