Default Which Rigid D2's to get?

I am wanting to upgrade my lighting system and have been looking at the D2 from Rigid on Northridge's website. Are these strictly for off-road use or could I use them as a supplement to my current crappy lighting on my '11 jku?

If I can use them on the road, which ones do you suggest? Diffused, driving, wide? Thanks.

I used the D2 driving for my fogs & wired directly to fog light switch. These work perfect, but I did add 2 washers to the bottom oem holes to slightly aim them down. Doesn't blind oncoming drivers & wicked bright. I ended up finding them for $300.00 shipped. I can't even tell if my headlights are on.
