I have these wired into fog lamp harness and when you turn them off they blink back and forth about 1 minute is there a reason for this they get dimmer as they blink . Or they wired right? Or is this something they do?

It's normal. It's power pulsating through the lines as part of the CANBUS system doing diagnostics on the vehicle. It won't hurt the lights or the jeep.

Default Rigid Dually-Flickering when Not turned on.

I had this same issue, I ordered some Kensun warning cancelers (capacitors) from Amazon for about 8.99 and some 9006 jumpers off of Amazon as well. Spliced them into my Rigid wiring and my fog light pigtail and it has mostly cut down the flicker. Not completely though. I would say I get one flicker after shutting my lights off and that is it. I can live with that.

I had a similar problem when I had Rigid Dually's installed as fogs. Not only did they flicker after being turned off, they flickered all the time while I was driving. It looked like I had strobe lights. These were recommended and cured the problem.

It won't hurt anything. If it continues to bother you an sPod is the answer.
