Awesome. That's exactly how I'll do mine. Is that an AEV tire swing on a stock bumper?

I will be putting a video on youtube probably within the next week to show them a little more.

Very pleased with them so far!

Sure is. Also has a $6 3rd brake light mounted between the duallys instead of the $50 AEV one

I have a pair of their "E" series flood lights on the back of my JK. I went this route because I got a good deal and because I didn't have to do any special wiring. I simply removed my factory backup light bulbs and powered the LED's off the same circuit (they actually draw a little less than the incandescent bulbs do).

The improvement in rear visibility while backing up at night is beyond belief.

Actually, that's really what I was intending on using them for. I always seem to have to set up the campsite after dark! I will be trying them out for the first time next weekend.

As for brightness, they really seem to be about the same brightness as the headlights, but of course a different type of light. Having them mounted higher up on the jeep, pointed downward will hopefully help them be less blinding in camp than headlights. If anything, I would say they might be a little too bright.

Here is a link to my video of the lights. Cameras don't really do it justice, but to the human eye the lights all look about 50%-twice as bright. You can at least compare them to the headlights.

from the video it looks good, i think i could mount them on the outside corners of my rack. then i'll but each on a different switch. but i'm not sure about the width of the beam, wish it was a bit wider. looks nice though.

How long are the factory wires?

When you buy them in pairs, they come with 1 long, fused, switched harness about 15-20ft long and one short harness to splice in parallel to the primary harness.

Default Rigid Dually

I have these lights on my Jeep , they work great for me. I have the Dually D2 on the front, the std dually on the windshield and two on the tire carrier. Very light weight, take abuse, and very little voltage to run.

My reasons for going this route:

- Wanted a lower profile light as opposed to 6 or 7" round.
- Wanted a lower power solution to keep a single circuit. Traditional Halogens at 55W or more per light would have required several independent circuits and wire runs through the light bar or a much larger wire - 25Amps at 10 to 15 feet: 12 or even 10 Gauge).
- Wanted enough light to light up a trail, wasn't looking for 1/2 mile beams.

3 floods, 2 spots: [flood] [spot] [flood] [spot] [flood]

The 2 floods on the outside are angled slightly to the sides

This is just the LEDs on:

I can say these lights are *solid* - the housing is very durable - have no doubts these this will stand up to any beating. I plan to mount 2 more floods in the back.
I have the same setup as you and I having trouble trying to decide how to wire them. Did you run the cables through the inside of the bar? And if so how did you it the plug-n-play harness through the small hole? I would really appreciate some help and pictures of how you did this. Thanks a lot!
