rock lights
What is an ok brand of light to use and were to get them? I want to keep the price as low as possible. I could not find the ones at waslmart. Any help would be nice. Mike
Dont get the walmart specials ... I put 6 of them under my jeep and they all broke or burnt out and I have only had them 3 months. The first time the water touched them, 4 out of the 6 filled up with water. I dont recomend them at all. Get something "sealed". I thought they were cheep too but now I am back to square 1 and out 45 bucks.
I got the Wally World specials and just siliconed the backs with no problems, but I would not run them under water, I've had them under water before but they weren't on and they still run now. I do plan on going to the LED type though.

As I have stated in other threads the offroad only litespotz are top of the line and you don't have to worry about them being damaged. They are dirt, rock, water, and hammer proof. And as usual you have to pay for the best. But how much is your time worth and if you go through a couple of cheap sets you have the same money in them. So do it right, do it once.
I'm lookin at those too, but you should also check 'overkill nitelites' from arabias...their sick. Looked at them when I was at the shop last and was really impressed. Jes gotta decide cuz their a lil pricier being cnc machined I'd assume
