Rockford Fosgate PBR300X1
so last week (or 2 weeks ago?) i went thru some pretty deep water with no doors. end result - under the seat is NOT a good place for an amp. so now im thinking of putting one up a bit higher. behind the dash under the wheel is what im thinking (thats where the stock amp is, rigth?). But im having trouble fitting my amp there. I got it all buttoned up just to realize that it was rubbing my steering column, and it had to come out. So i went in search of a smaller amp. Found this, the Rockford Fosgate PBR300X1 (hxxp://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/product_details.asp?item_id=120464). This thing is tiny! but i have my doubts that it will sufficiently push my 10" sub woofer. anyone got any real-world experience with this? or, im open to any other suggestions of either small amps, or new water-safe mounting locations.
Its an Orion. I dont know the line. But i had a pioneer 300W pushing it.

If you had the CO104S, the amp will push it but will be under powered. If you have the XTR102, they would be a perfect match. All dependent on ohm rating. That little amp will put out 300 watts at 1 ohm, but only 75 at 4 ohms.
mine stays dry, i leave the top up over night, but not always the windows, nothin is damaged. i had my subs in it when i had an inch of water in my jeep subs, amp, and cap are all good
