I did the 14" from antennax in black. Reception is good in my metro area. It comes with several adapters so it has the right threads. My only minor complaint is the antenna had a slight angle built in from non-precise manufacturing. At full tight it leaned a little left so I backed it off a quarter turn so the lean is toward the rear. Tip is about a half inch from my windshield lights and since it is short, wind hardly moves it.

Not to get too off track, but anyone have a good source for a non shorty version of the thicker black rubber antennas here? Looking more like 25" to 30". Love the style seen here, just prefer slightly shorter then stock rather then shorty. Thanks.
