We have plenty of threads with people showing glamour shots of their lights, but we get lights because of the beam pattern and additional light. How about we have a thread where people show the beam pattern of their lights. Thinking something like this:

When I had a light bar on my old jeep I aimed the light out just a hair so I could see light creatures on the sides too.

 

Give some more distance for the lights...

 

Yeah need a longer straight away so you can see out there a ways.

 

alright I got a question for yall. I have the KC slimlights 130w LR on my windshield. What is the best way to get the lights equal. What type of surface did yall point ur lights at to make sure they are where you want them. My lights came with some type of slip of paper that talked about beam alignment but it was no help. Thank in advance for your input

 

I just like to go to a dead-end road (in my case, I live on one), point the vehicle at the trees (for my LR lights, I do this about 200 feet back at least), turn all lights on, and adjust as needed - just get a little overlap between lights to ensue there are no blind spots.

Just like Detn8RYeloow, his set up looks just like its ONE BIG FLASHLIGHT! Seemless.

I usually do it on the garage wall or garage door after I install them, and then I take it out on some back roads and do the fine tweaking. Good luck
