I did the side marker mod last summer with zero issues. Recently I trimmed my fenders,displacing my side markers so I replaced them with some small round LEDs.
I wired them up and they work fine for turn signals and hazards. But when I turn on my headlights, they do not light up at all and do not respond to turn signals or hazards.
Anyone know what this could be? I find it very odd!

Interested in this also. I cut my fenders and side markers stopped working as well. Although I did shot for power and it is present. All I can think of is the bulbs blew.
