So i got my letter via snail mail today saying come back to sirius $4.99 for 6 months
So i paid, after 5 minutes the radio was back on but NO traffic status (green light on mygig) so rung them up that will be aother $3.99 per month FYI so not such a saving

 

My Sirius subscription expired 13 months ago but is still working. I just ignored all the offers.

 

mine should have ended in Dec, but they turned it off in Oct. So I called customer service and the idiot keep interupting me and thougt I was calling to activate my new trial period. So rather than just getting my remaining three months, I ended up with 15 months more

 

Have not had this problem . I do the 1 year plan one time payment automatic online.

 

My free year just expired.
I got an email saying 2 months free with purchase of 1 month.

 

I bought my jk about a year ago used and the Sirius still works, never paid a dime.

 

A little bit of false advertising in my letter.
But i have an RV and not paid for sirius for the last 7 years so i guess i am ahead

 

Sirius and XM do not deal fairly !! I called over a year ago and told them to not renew me as I have purchased a new vehicle. I am getting phone calls and mail from the company saying I owe them money because it is an automatic renewal. I also received a call from what I believe to be a collection agency and that set me off, being it was a Friday and after 3 on the left coast I just went about finding names. I got the names of the pres and the rest down the list, next I found a phone number and called that and was able to get the voice mail of a v.p. so then I found e mail and wrote to the pres. I am waiting for a response tomorrow from someone and hope I can get this stopped. I am somewhat sorry I have renewed the Sirius because of the way they are dealing with me. I was told this time that it was an 2 year term and I said fine to that.

When my free one year was almost up, I renewed with the monthly payment option (based on these comments, maybe I should have let it go to see if I would continue getting it for free!).

I lost my traffic info as well.

 

When my free year is up, I'm done. They have some nice stations but I'm not in the Jeep long enough to take advantage of it.
