its located on the roll bar, passenger side, on top of the speaker pod, .underneath the cloth cover
The only reason I know is I had to install my own...only to find out it would not plug into my so called sat ready radio...the DC tech guys have yet to respond to the parts dept at my dealer who are gettin gtired of seeing me.

got the answer I did not want to hear today...even though my radio is suppose to be Sat ready per DC and per Sirius...it is not. the brain surgeons there decided that they would not put the sat module in all radios and not even let you know.
I took my antenna back and picked up to port units and still have 50 bucks to play with.

I transferred my Sirius Sportster from my old Xterra to my new JK. I must say I'm pretty proud of my installation. Granted, I had no choice but to mount the thing on the dash but I hid my wires neatly within the seam along the console. The power wire comes out just behind the stick shift and up to the DC port. As for the antenna, I just tucked the slack behind the dash along the windshield and up inside the molding of the A post and on the roof. Yea, I'm simple minded but I always get a sense of pride when I see how neat and clean it looks.

I guess im white trash compared to that. I thought it fine to velcro the GPS and the Sirius up on the top of the dash, I sort of liked the look. Great reception from there as well. Though putting it where the manufacturer put it also makes good sense. out of the way
