Default Sliverstars?

Anyone on here just throw in silverstar bulbs an call it a day instead of dishing out between 300-600 bucks for headlight?

Are the hid or led really worth that much more an do they really put out that much more than silverstar bulbs ?

Thanks

Yeah I love em, using them in my headlights(silverstar ultras) and fogs(silverstars). Huge improvement over oem. For the cost, they're awesome. I liked them so much I went ahead and put a pair in my wife's Matrix. I hear that since they burn so hot, they have a life span of about a year or so, but well worth it.

I've got Silverstars for all 4 lights, and I love them...huge improvement over stock :-) I didn't realize how much I had been squinting at night until I put those in and saw the difference.

I think the headlights are a H13 not sure on the foglights. I replaced myine with the ultras and wow what a difference (could not justify the cost of HID or LED's)

I did the same thing, then I found the IPF conversion. They are even better than the stockers with silverstars, I put the IPF len's in and put silverstars in those and wow! What a difference!
