Question some weird no start issue (I need help)

So I have just got my jeep back after putting swapping a new 3.8l engine into it and the wiring was working fine and the jeep was starting up like normal nothing wrong with it but then the next day when I went to go start it wouldn't turn over so I tested the battery and it was fine so I decided to tap on the stater to see if it would start that way but it wouldn't so I bought a new starter and when installed still wouldn't start and so then I let sit for a few days after I tried bump starting it and after like a week or so the jeep started and was running good no problems but then one night I took it out and was going to some stores and then the radio starting making a loud popping and then would shut the radio down completely and then restarts it, OEM radio btw and did this before the engine swap always thought it was weird but it didn't cause any problems but anyways I get the jeep home no problems and then the next I go outside to start the jeep and it won't start at all but the starter clicks but isn't like spinning just from the sound I can hear and the battery reads 12.24 volts on the multimeter, I've tested every fuse and no of them show up as bad and same thing with the relays. So I wondering if anyone has had the same problem and had any solutions I cant afford to take it to a mechanic.
