Speaker system upgrade
Since the stock speaker system in my JKU had the same sound quality as my iphone, I decided to replace the speakers with my 2004 durango with infinity speakers. The durangos engine gave out so, why not take out the speakers?
I removed almost everything that had to do with sound from the durango, which included 4x 6.5" speakers (from the doors) 2x 1" tweeters (also from the doors) 2x 3.5" tweeters (from the front dash) the sub, and the amp. Perfect fit for my jeep! I have already installed the 4 6.5" speakers in the dash and the rollbar, and also installed the 1" tweeters in the dash. The 6.5" speakers were definitely a pain to replace in the dash. To do that I removed the drivers side dash and the dash side panels and the glove box, and the speakers are in a weird box kinda thing that's nearly impossible to put back in without breaking it (maybe I was doing it wrong? Lol).

That's the video I watched to find out how to remove the dash. The 1" front tweeters were a simple replacement, same with the 6.5" roll bar speakers.
Now what I want to do (while my dash is still apart) is add an amp to the factory amp location, add the 3.5" tweeters to the rollbar since it looks like there are 3.5" holes already there, and of course add the sub. Does anyone know if the sub wiring and amp wiring is already there? And what would be a good way to wire the 3.5" tweeters to the rollbar?
Sorry if this post was boring, just wanted to share and help!
