DO you still have the broken piece? Just splice it back together.

Without an OE schematic. And if your not worried about it. Then just simply connect two wires. And if that doesnt work. Try swapping one wire till you find a combination that works.

If nothing worked, then you must have a pre-amp signal. Your going to need an amp. And a schematic.

That's why it doesn't work.

The OEM subwoofer connected to the external Infinity amplifier's outputs. So whoever installed your aftermarket radio, they had to make some jumper wire connections from the aftermarket radio outputs to the wires that connected to the speakers the other speakers in your Jeep. Those wires were originally connected to the OEM Infinity amplifier. Now they're connected directly to your radio. They probably didn't make a connection to the sub woofer wires because your aftermarket radio most likely doesn't have a powered sub woofer output, as well as there was no speaker in there anyways. Thus, your audio system is no longer connected to those wire...thus, the reason you don't hear anything when trying to connect that speaker.

To make this work....you actually do need an amplifier. You would connect the RCA Sub-woofer "Pre-amp" out from your aftermarket radio to an external sub amp. Then you need to connect that Sub amp to those wires that run to the rear.

Easy fix 5 channel amp and 9 wire. Bypass the factory amp altogether and amplify your speakers it sounds amazing and the infinity amp is junk anyway. That's what I did sound quality went from 0-1000% better!
