Default Stock sub question.

Hey team. I've got a 2011 JKU and it didn't come with a stock sub. My question is; would a guy be able to slap one of those bad boys in there without a whole hell of a lot of trouble or am I lookin at a whole different ball of wax?

Yep...tap into your rear speaker lines use a line level - assume your gonna use a amp
for the sub...Line level converts speaker lines to RCA'S...What was done to mine...
Do a search arounf here lots of info more in detail...

Dont use the rears, splice from the fronts! I have been told that the factory amp cuts power/signal to the rear speakers in the wranglers, thats why some guys throw in an amp from a dodge nitro. aftermarket sub and amp is the way to go, factory is underpowered, in a small, weak box.

Well since you don't have the infinity system you can splice into the rears. For the best sound I would get an aftermarket hu but if that's not what you want then yea just get a line out converter. An aftermarket sub would sound way better than the infinity, especially if you amp them off an aftermarket amp.
