Default Strange stereo problem NEED HELP

I just installed a Pioneer Avic-z2 along with the Metra adapter for the
Infinity speaker and sub system. I also installed the XM adapter and also
an Ipod adapter. All Pioneer. Everything hooked up great and tested good.
I took it for a drive and noticed when I hit the brakes the sound would drop in
volume. After I released the brake the sound would return to normal. Also
when I activated my turn signals the seat belt warning light would blink
and would also ding once and my rear wiper would not work properly.
I checked all my wiring and grounds and everything is ok. I also did not tap into
any factory wiring. The ipod and xm adapters are connected directly to the battery. I am going crazy trying to figure this out. Any one experiance any problems like this at all. Any ideas..........
