new to the forum and could use some advice on where to put subs and an amp in the JKU. I've seen the stealthbox but it is very expensive. Don't want to put speakers in the seat. Has anyone designed or heard of a box for under the rear seats. any other ideas? suggestions? would love to hear some inputs, and see some pictures!

 

they is a stealthbox for sale in the electronics section. think he wants or will take 400 for it. there are a few pics of under rear seat boxes floating around. will have to be custom done and you will lose the ability to fold down rear seat. how many subs and what size you looking at doing? there is a fantastic write up on how to put in a 10" sub in the stock spot. will take some fab work but looks amazing and thats what im planning on doing now.

I never fold down my rear seats and I would like to fit 2 10"s and an amp(maybe put the under the front passenger seat. I've been lookin around so if you find any write ups or pics please let me know. Also I've only hear bad things about the 10" in the factory box. Everyone says you have to have an aftermarket amp to get any real difference and at that point the !0" isnt that much better than the stock. This is not my personal opinion, just what I've seen in write ups floatin around.
