I went the kicker 8" in the factory enclosure with a rockford fosgate amp route.

I'm pretty happy with it.

the setup works well, and takes up ZERO room in the back.

I'm not the best with radios and wanted to do the kicker upgrade to all my speakers. Do i have to get a different amp? Did urs go in place of factory or in series with it? Thanks

Just out of curiosity what kind of speakers does everyone have for the OEM? I have the Infinity but not aware if all JEEPS can with them stock

I have the factory head unit and amp with kicker speakers. Fronts sound good, rears suck!

Oem is probably rebadged at Chrysler

My factory infinity sub and box sits atop a cabinet in my garage. Replaced with custom fiber glass and carpeted box with 2 8" image dynamics subs powered by arc audio 400 watt amp. Great sound and some bump too.

I have a single 8 in a custom fiber glass.
Was thinking about more bass...
