Default Superchips Flashpaq

Just tried to connect my flashpac to my jku and got nothing. No power to it. So the instruction manual says to check fuses and if they are good try connecting to another vehicle. Checked all my fuses and they were fine. Hooked the superchips up to my buddies rig and still no power !!!
Any recommendations???
Thanks guys

Did you try plugging it in then switch the key to "run"? The first time I plugged mine in I think I had to do this. Then I turned the key to "off" again and started programing.

Yes. I tried that too. First time I used it that was the issue I was having. I wasn't turning the key to the proper location. But that's not the case now. I'm stumped and waiting till tomorrow to call superchips directly

make sure after you plug it in you close all the doors then put the key in the ignition. If you have the doors open I don't think it will turn on.

I know im a new guy but i had the same problem. You have to go into the menu on your phone where it shows like a grey and white screen. There you should see the bluetooth address on the left and on the right you will see the words connect and about. You will have to connect it there and after that itll work fine. I had to go through that with the tech this past summer. If you try to connect a tablet u will have to do the same. Hope this helps. Also helpful hint if you didnt find where you can use your lockers in high 4x4 its under dtc then there hit your menu and you should see options. Click and itll bring it up. I had a ruff time finding it.
