Default Superchips Traildash

Does anyone use one of these? I saw one at the Superchips booth @ the Atlanta Jeep Expo today and it seemed pretty neat! The rep said it works as a switch for operating up to 16 sets of lights and or light bars with their harness. You can also activate the lockers and sway bar disconnect from it. It seemed like it would do a lot for my '13 Rubicon but was looking for someone who has one before dropping $500 for it.

My concern with that is the fact that you have the control screen sitting there on your dash...if you're ever door less with that it's just BEGGING for a thief to come along and snatch it up.

Thanks Captain......lol.......I don't keep anything in my Jeep normally, however I have a GPS with GPS in it battery powered so if any hooligan does pull a shenanigan I can track him to his secret layer........

I have a 2014 polar edition and about to pull the trigger on the traildash. But I run doorless a lot but you can remove the traildash if you want to whenever. Program it to your jeep and everything and when you can discount it for the night or whenever and bring it inside. Then when you go back out to drive the jeep just reconnect it since it's already programmed to your jeep.

i have it and i absolutly love it. Ive had it for about 6 mouths now and i always have my doors and top off and havent had a problem with people trying to steal it yet (knock on wood). But if u do want a little more security you can get this and it makes it look build it to the dash.

I've had mine for a little over 6 months now and really like it. I also bought the dash pod for it so it isn't so easy to grab and gives it a clean factory look.
