Default Superships Flashpaq Windows 7 driver conversion anyone?

I have read alot lately about people not being able to use the programmer due to having Windows 7 and it not being compatible to update before hooking it up to the Jeep. Wondering if anyone has successfully upgraded the Programmer to work with Windows 7 and if there is any write-ups showing what the process entails. I have one on the way I just purchased and don't want to run into any snags with the now toy! Thanks for any help with this! Cheers

You can always right click the executable and go to properties then compatibility and set it to XP sp3. Good luck with your tuner, I hope you like it...I don't mean to flame but superchips stuck in 2002. They're softwares good but put aside a good 20 minutes to re-flash to a different map because that thing is SLLLLOOOOOWWWW. If you have a problem, ask it on the superchips forum. Watch out though, the moderator Ron is a complete A** Hole who allegedly knows everything.

I use Windows 7 with my Superchip Flashpaq with no problem. Their latest software down load has support for both 32bit and 64bit Win7.

Oh forgot to mention; make sure the programmer has been recognized by the OS after plugging it into the USB port before running the SC software or it will throw an error saying "it cannot recognize your device and to contact Superchips". If you do get the error close the application and restart it and error will go away.
