Default Swapped in gifted MyGig. Transfer Sirius?

I was gifted a MyGig Head unit. Anyone know if Sirius will transfer a subscription from my old unit?

If they won't transfer just cancel and use the refund towards the new subscription. I have been bombarded with SiriusXM calls and emails as my subscription ran out this month and they call almost everyday.

Just did mine today. They had to credit the balance. Cheapest I’ve found is 6 months for $30

Got it handled fairly easily. Called heir tech support and she had it transferred in about five minutes. $15 transfer fee. I pay way too much for Sirius but am too lazy to argue with them.

All you have to do is call them and say you want to cancel, they will retort with lower price offers. If you keep at it and say things “Like yeah I am not sure still.” They will keep lowering it. Rinse and repeat until you can find the bill you want.

Second the above. Also, if you let it lapse then they'll offer you the cheap prices. The threat to cancel usually makes them pony up a month or two of free service.
