Question Switched power source in the rear?

I am mounting a Wireless camera on my JK's spare tire and need a switched power source w/o running a wire all the way to the front engine compartment.... There is a 12v power outlet in the rear, but it is hot all the time. Is it possible to change that ckt in the fuse panel so that is is switched as I don't need it hot all the time. There is
also another wiring harness there, but are any of those wires switched 12v?

The fuse for the rear power outlet (M7) is a 2 position fuse. One position makes the outlet hot all the time. The second position makes the outlet hot when the key is in ACC or RUN.
