I just had my Jeep to the dealer to have the heater core replaced. Now, the jeep only pumps out full hot air, the temperature control does nothing. What did they forget to do? I am mechanically minded, most of what I worked on is small engines as I owned a small engine business, but never worked on heating systems in vehicles before. There are no errors on the control unit either. Clues?

 

I wonder if they forgot to plug in one of the connectors on the back of the unit. We've got two and a cable on the rear of the 07-10's, I couldn't say about the newer ones.
