Default TIPM problem information

Just got my 2008 JK back from the dealership after three weeks. They discovered that the reason my TIPM kept burning up was that the battery had failed and the alternator was pushing some serious amps because of the faulty battery and fried my TIPM.......TWICE.

Just a heads up when your trying to troubleshoot your TIPM problems.

A battery causing the problem doesn't make sense. Lots of batteries in JKs go bad in a variety of ways. This is the first I have heard that it can cause the TIPM to fail.

Thanks for adding that to the list of possibilities, though.
