Default touch screen compatibility

whats up guys, got a quick question about my 2010 wrangler... just about to purchase a new touchscreen for it and was wondering about compatibility.. i was curious as to if most double dins are able to hook right up to the 2010

Unless it is an exact replica of the factory unit and mounts the same, it will need a dash install kit. Also, if yours has steering wheel controls you will need an adapter, and if you want to use the factory amps you will need an adapter for that as well.

sonicelectronixs.com is where I've gotten a lot of harnesses and such for installs of aftermarket radios single and double id start there for your install kit. just my input

is that ne of the android units? KGL,KLD, HuiFei, etc?

if so many of them support some steering wheel control out of the box.. not sure about chrysler / jeep but you may need a CAN adapter for the wheel controls / dimming to work..

you will need an amp adapter to connect regular audio outputs into the stock infinity amp
