I have an 08 with the oem nav but the touch screen on the radio isn't working. The screen itself shows everything perfect but i cant touch any of the soft buttons. The stereo still turns on and works with the outer buttons. Any ideas what it could be?

 

I would disconnect the battery for a few and see if it resets it.
