Anyone tried using a x grip on a ram mount to hold the trail dash 2? I ask because the rockhard4x4 cage will more than likely block the spot to use the trail dash pod and I know the suction cup won't last forever. I saw that rockhard has a ram mount accessory attachment for their cage so I could run it off that. Any reason I couldn't or shouldn't?

Or will I be ok with the trail dash 2 pod and the rockhard4x4 cage?
