Default Trouble code help please!

I know it's not a JK, but I got my girlfriend a 1997 Jeep XJ fairly cheap. The problem is its got 3 DTC's.
P0705 Check shifter signal
P1694 CCD message from JTEC failure
P1698 No CCD message.
If I'm in the wrong section I apologize due to the fact I'm a noob to the forum. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
