mine were fine for 6 months... and now have started doing it too? Harness is all tight both sides.... lights just flicker and go out randomly, starting back up randomly... don't know what it is? Why did it not do it for so long? What made it start? No new electrical things on the jeep.... it is like there is a short?

Send them back, they have a 3 year warranty. Did you coat the connectors with dielectric grease before assembly? I'm surprised they don't supply a tube of this with the kit considering the price, but it really should be used on all the connectors. The other problem I see is just how bulky the wiring is once you attach the anti flicker harnesses. You have a lot of wire to cram in a tiny hole. They really need to mimimize this..

I have also had this issue from time to time. I found that dielectric grease and electrical tape around both the TL adapters and factory connectors helps keep the connections protected, secure and flicker free.

had a lot of issues like this with KC LED (Peterson) lights on my 14. got rid of them and went with a SMS h4 conversion with harness. Much more light than with the LED's and HID's I had previously

I had the same issue a few months ago with one of my headlights. It would randomly turn off after going from high beam to low beam. I contacted TL and explained the problem. I also told them that I had swapped the driver/ passenger side light, the harness and used the dielectric grease, but the problem still remained. They sent me a new headlight to replace the defective one, a new tube of grease and I got the anti-flicker adapter for both sides. Once I got the new light installed, I sent back the defective lamp. Haven't had an issue since.
