Default Truck-lites delayed and dim

So tonight I turned on my high beams and they flashed really bright for a second and then got in my opinipn dim. To be honest my low beams seemed to put off more light then the high beams. Also not sure if it is normal or not but when switching from high to low beams and vice versa there is a delay of about 2-3 seconds accompanied by the bright flash. Is this normal? I really feel like my high beams used to be alot brighter
They are less than a year old and have not been damaged on any way. Should I just call customer service?

triple check all connections and use dielectric grease. May help. I had one light drop its high beam, come to find out, it was the connections.

have a look and report back.

Don't cha just hate it when they Fix and Run, I assume that your solution worked, cause her didn't come back looking for more help.

But your solution might just fix mine. Give me a few days, I will try to get back here to let you know if it fixes my one Truck-lite low beam looking dimmer than my other one. The High Beams look excellent.

Are you sure the headlights are adjusted properly? I had one Truck lite look much brighter when I first installed them, but a simple adjustment fixed the problem.

Alignment looks correct on a wall or down the road. I am thinking dead led or bad connections.
