Trunk Light Wiring
I'm planning on getting a few LED light bars and attaching one to the hard top to light the trunk and maybe a few other ones in the cabin. I'm getting light bars with switches built into them, so I want them to have power fed to them constantly, apposed to tapping into the dome light to have them come on when the doors open.
Where would be the best place to tap into a constant power source?

I'm not sure this suggestion is good but I think Northridge4X4 has a sale on that ends today Oct. 19 on the pillar post toggle switch thing for on off of lights. It is suppose to take the nightmare out of splicing and wiring. I'd call them and get a suggestion and possibly you will save a little as well.
Thanks for the replys.
After starting this thread, I looked harder into automotive electronics wiring and learned more about relays and switches and whatnot. My current knowledge on the subject is limited to wiring a new head unit on my previous vehicle, which was pretty much idiotproof with a wiring harness.
After a more research I've changed my question(s).
Just for future electronic endeavors I have planned, I'm thinking of installing a secondary fuse box. Particularly this one.
Then, I plan on installing this light and wiring it to one of the constant feed fuses in the above fuse box.
My question now is: Because this light has the switch built in, I don't need to worry about a relay for it, do I? I just run the wire all the way from the fuse box to the light, correct?
