Default Turn signal/headlight weirdness

I recently changed the bulb for my rear driver side turn signal. The next day randomly I noticed my headlights were on even though the switch wasn't turned on and neither of my turn signals work. The headlights turn off when I turn the vehicle off and on when it's on but the switch no longer controls them. The turn signals don't work at all including the interior indicator lights don't come on when I use the turn signals. It's a 2007 wrangler x and it doesn't have automatic daytime running lights.

Did you install an LED bulb vs the stock incandescent?
