Default Tweeter Grill Removal
Been looking around and can't find anything but thought this might be a beneficial topic.

can anyone post how to remove the factory tweeters/grills?

Default tweeter grills
pop the grills off gently with a screwdriver or other prying device.

the whole unit can be removed from the dash (with or without removing the grills) by taking out the bolt behind the tweeter. Look through the windshield and you will see it.
