Uconnect???
I have the stock radio in my 2015 Willys...I am wanting to switch it out for a touchscreen UConnect..
Any suggestions or input on this matter?
Are there any online sites/Retailers I should check in on purchasing one from??
I am sure I am not the first person to do this, so any help or input would be great yall!!

Absolutely the truth. Why would you want a head unit that sounds bad, has poor Bluetooth performance, has a user interface that is almost 10 years old and costs more than most of the top of the line aftermarket head units with Nav. Go aftermarket and do it right.

Crutchfield.com is a good place to start. Lots of solid head units. Personally I prefer Pioneer. If you replace the head unit, in addition you will need an interface to retain your steering wheel controls and a new Sirius module (if you want to retain satellite). The site will take you through all of the options. You can also find all the same equipment on Amazon.
I put in a touchscreen Pioneer head unit with Bluetooth, the interface, a back-up camera, and a new satellite receiver for under $400. It is lower end model, non nav model, but has Pandora/iPhone integration and retains steering wheel controls. Bluetooth works great. Had it in for over a year, no problems. Back-up cam comes in handy with larger tire mounted on back.
Pretty easy to install (back up camera takes some work), but if you don't have time you should be able to buy all the parts and find a local stereo place that can install it on the cheap.

To add to what WHT_JKU said, I agree that Pioneer is right up there. Specifically if you look at the 4100NEX (I paid approx $500) it is their top of the line DVD receiver with a few added bonuses that I think make it by far the best value on the market right now. 1) CarPlay and/or Android Auto integration allows you to display maps from you phone onto your screen for turn by turn directions-essentially making it a Nav unit for no additional cost. 2)Rremovable face plate - car stereos don't get stolen as often as they used to but I leave my Jeep wide open with no top or doors all summer. 3) Auto Eq and set up features are very good. 4) Bluetooth with Siri integration.
