Default Uconnect installation?

So, what would I need to make my jk's uconnect head unit work? I found a wrecked jk with the system.

The bluetooth modual. The external microphone. And a trip to the dealer for a flash.

The gear isn't realy that hard to install. And it will save you some money if you DIY. But the flash has to be done at the dealer.

Depends on the unit you have procured. The Model Year and unit model. Some have Blue tooth already. Others need a module.

IDK. Some may have the bluetooth built into the head unit. But you still need a mic.

What is the Unit model? Look on the lower right hand corner underneath the AUX jack. There is Rxx there. What are those 3 letters?

Mine is an 07 ( standard head unit ) also. And you need the bluetooth modual, mic and flash. Just go to the Jeep web site. Look at the accessories for your vehicle. It will tell you what you need. I have researched this many years ago. I havn't done the mode. Because I plan on changing out the head unit for aftermarket with all the bells and whistles.
