Hello everyone,

Recently I purchased a new 2012 Rubicon unlimited, my first jeep after wanting one for many years.

I love it but am having problems with the uConnect system. When I first turned the bluetooth on, on my iPhone it showed "uConnect" but it didn't pair properly. now it desn't show up anymore. Additionally, the uConnect system doesn't recognize my voice. When I press the conner or the VR button, I wait for the beep, and the system responds by giving a list of possible commands.

I have been searching for a reset procedure, pulled the M10 fuse as some have suggested, tried to update the uConnect software, nothing works. I'm taking it back to the dealer on Friday, but my OCD wants it fixed now...lol

The radio in my Jeep is the RES 130, my phone is IOS 5.0.1.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried pairing from the phone with the Jeep running?

There is a Uconnect setting that walks you through setting up the system to recognize your voice. It is in setup.. Also in setup, you can delete any previous phone pairings.
