Default Uconnect Problem

Within the last few days I have started having an issue with with voice recognition. It is the Uconnect 130S/RES radio.

I push the phone button, the radio responds "Uconnect Ready" then list the available options. I am trying to enter "Setup". The radio does not respond at all to my voice commands, not even "unrecognized". It just proceeds to list the available options again.

When I first got the Jeep it worked fine, I was able to pair my phone without problem and it responded to voice commands.

I tried resetting everything, I pulled the battery for 20 minutes. Reconnected it and still the same behavior.

Any ideas? Thanks

Do a reset of your phone, if that doesnt work, remove exixsting pairs, reset your phone and try again

That's the thing, I installed a new OS on the phone and I am trying to pair it as a new phone. The problem is the radio doesn't respond to any voice commands, I even tried the non phone related commands to change the radio station and those don't work. It's almost as if it doesn't hear me. This all used to work.

I thought maybe the Mic was bad, guess it still could be. But not sure what could have happened, It hasn't gotten wet or anything.

Next step could be to check all the connections, but since it's only 6 months old I'll probably go to the dealer. Was trying to avoid that hoping someone had a similar issue or had heard of it.

Thanks
