Uconnect won't pair

Uconnect is not pairing. I tried my iPhone and my husbands LG. The phones are not finding Bluetooth with the uconnect. I think I saw somewhere that you can reset the uconnect....
Any help would be appreciated

Disconnect the battery negative cable, wait a few minutes, reconnect. This should reset the U Connect module. Also, restarting ur phones may solve the problem.
